【摘要】：目的觀察急性缺血性腦卒中血清Apelin-13水平變化,并探討其臨床意義。方法選擇急性缺血性卒中患者150例為病例組,選擇來院體檢的志愿者80例為對照組。病例組于入院第1、7、14天,對照組于體檢當日,采用ELISA法檢測血清Apelin-13。分別于入院第1、7、14天對病例組患者進行美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)評分,分析血清Apelin-13水平與NIHSS評分的相關(guān)性。對病例組隨訪3個月,根據(jù)改良Rankin量表(mRS)評分評價近期預(yù)后,比較不同預(yù)后(殘疾與非殘疾)患者血清Apelin-13水平。結(jié)果病例組入院第1、7、14天血清Apelin-13水平分別為(0.34±0.05)、(0.57±0.03)、(0.76±0.04)ng/m L,對照組為(1.43±0.07)ng/m L。病例組入院第1、7、14天時血清Apelin-13水平均低于對照組(P均0.05)。病例組入院第1、7、14天血清Apelin-13水平與NIHSS評分均呈負相關(guān)關(guān)系(r分別為0.713、-0.596、-0.607,P均0.05)。隨訪3個月,病例組非殘疾者97例、殘疾者53例。病例組中,非殘疾者入院第1、7、14天血清Apelin-13水平分別為(0.43±0.09)、(0.59±0.15)、(0.79±0.08)ng/m L,殘疾者分別為(0.34±0.07)、(0.56±0.05)、(0.74±0.11)ng/m L;非殘疾者入院第1、7、14天血清Apelin-13水平均高于入院同時間的殘疾者(P均0.05)。結(jié)論急性缺血性腦卒中患者血清Apelin-13水平降低,且預(yù)后差者血清Apelin-13水平更低;Apelin-13水平與NIHSS評分呈負相關(guān);血清Apelin-13檢測可能有助于急性缺血性腦卒中患者病情及預(yù)后評估。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum Apelin-13 level in acute ischemic stroke and to explore its clinical significance.Methods 150 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected as case group and 80 volunteers as control group.In the case group, Apelin-13 was detected by ELISA method on the 7th day after admission, and in the control group on the day of physical examination.The patients in the first day of admission were assessed with the National Institutes of Health Stroke scale (NIHSS) and the correlation between serum Apelin-13 level and NIHSS score was analyzed.The patients were followed up for 3 months to evaluate the short-term prognosis according to the modified Rankin scale (mRSv) and to compare the serum Apelin-13 levels of patients with different prognosis (disability and non-disability).The serum Apelin-13 level in the case group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05) on the 7th day after admission.There was a negative correlation between serum Apelin-13 level and NIHSS score on the 7th day after admission in the case group (r = 0.713 ~ (-0.596) ~ 0.607) (P = 0.05).Follow-up for 3 months revealed 97 cases of non-disabled and 53 cases of disability in the case group.Conclusion the level of serum Apelin-13 in patients with acute ischemic stroke is lower than that in patients with poor prognosis, and the level of Apelin-13 is negatively correlated with the NIHSS score, and the detection of serum Apelin-13 may be helpful to evaluate the condition and prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke.
