【摘要】：正癲癇是多種原因導致的腦部神經元高度異常同步化放電所致的臨床綜合征,異常放電的神經元位置不同及異常放電波及的范圍差異,導致患者發(fā)作形式不一,可表現(xiàn)為感覺、運動、精神、行為、自主神經功能紊亂障礙或兼有之。本例報道的病例出現(xiàn)反復幻覺及短暫意識喪失,合并了兩種發(fā)作形式,且因發(fā)作形式特殊,容易漏診、誤診,應當引起重視,現(xiàn)報道如下。1臨床資料患者,女,45歲,因"反復發(fā)作性幻嗅10 y"入院。10 y前
[Abstract]:Orthodontic epilepsy is a clinical syndrome caused by highly synchronous discharges of neurons in the brain caused by a variety of causes. The different locations of abnormal neurons and the range of abnormal discharge ripples lead to different seizure forms in patients, which can be manifested as sensations. Motor, mental, behavioral, autonomic nervous dysfunction or both. This case reported repeated hallucinations and temporary loss of consciousness, combined with two forms of attack, and because of the special form of attack, easy to miss diagnosis, misdiagnosis, Attention should be paid to this report. 1 Clinical data of the patient, female, 45 years old, were reported before admission to hospital .10y due to "recurrent hallucinatory olfactory 10y".
