【摘要】：目的:檢測中文版健康調(diào)查簡表SF-36(the medical outcomes study 36-item short-form,SF-36)用于中國亞急性期腦卒中后遺癥人群的生存質(zhì)量評估的信度和效度情況。方法:選取福建中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬康復(fù)醫(yī)院、復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬華山醫(yī)院、暨南大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院、廣東省中醫(yī)院和新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)中醫(yī)院五家合作單位,共377例(女性35.73%,平均年齡60.95±10歲)腦卒中后遺癥患者,在完成第一次評估后的6—7天,隨機選取75例患者進行SF-36重測。量表的信度分析采用內(nèi)部一致性和重測信度,效度分析采用內(nèi)容效度和結(jié)構(gòu)效度檢驗。結(jié)果:(1)中文版SF-36量表內(nèi)部一致性Cronbachα系數(shù)為0.801(0.761—0.807);量表重測信度ICC為0.731(0.672—0.884)(2)對量表的8項內(nèi)容的得分進行探索性因子分析,共抽取了3個公因子,總體方差解釋力為67.3%。結(jié)論:中文版SF-36量表在評估我國亞急性期腦卒中患者具有良好的信度和效度,是一個可靠、有效的適用于臨床腦卒中患者生存質(zhì)量的測量工具。
[Abstract]:Objective: to test the reliability and validity of SF-36(the medical outcomes study 36-item short-form SF-36 in assessing the quality of life of patients with subacute stroke sequelae in China. Methods: a rehabilitation hospital affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine was selected. The Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, the first affiliated Hospital of Jinan University, the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine have 377 stroke sequelae (female 35.73um, mean age 60.95 鹵10). At 6-7 days after the first evaluation, 75 patients were randomly selected for SF-36 retest. The reliability of the scale was analyzed by internal consistency and test-retest reliability. Results the internal consistency Cronbach 偽 coefficient of the Chinese version of SF-36 was 0.801 / 0.761-0.807, and the test-retest reliability ICC of the scale was 0.7310.672-0.884x2) the scores of 8 items of the scale were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, and three common factors were extracted. Conclusion: the Chinese version of SF-36 scale has good reliability and validity in assessing patients with subacute stroke in China. It is a reliable and effective tool for measuring the quality of life of patients with clinical stroke.
