可降解鎂合金覆膜支架治療兔頸總動(dòng)脈側(cè)壁型動(dòng)脈瘤可行性研究

【摘要】:目的評(píng)價(jià)可降解鎂合金覆膜支架治療兔頸總動(dòng)脈側(cè)壁型動(dòng)脈瘤的可行性。方法 20只新西蘭大白兔飼養(yǎng)1周后采用間斷式外翻縫合法將右側(cè)頸總動(dòng)脈與靜脈囊吻合,構(gòu)建20枚頸總動(dòng)脈側(cè)壁型動(dòng)脈瘤。72 h內(nèi)分別實(shí)施可降解鎂合金覆膜支架植入術(shù)和Willis覆膜支架植入術(shù)。術(shù)前、術(shù)后即刻、術(shù)后3、6、12個(gè)月作DSA造影檢查,對(duì)比動(dòng)脈瘤閉塞、內(nèi)漏、血管痙攣、血管損傷、血栓事件、血管閉塞和狹窄等情況。結(jié)果可降解鎂合金覆膜支架和Willis覆膜支架各植入10枚,技術(shù)成功率為100%。支架植入術(shù)后即刻造影顯示所有動(dòng)脈瘤腔完全閉塞,載瘤動(dòng)脈通暢,可降解鎂合金覆膜支架組血管痙攣3例,Willis覆膜支架組血管痙攣1例;術(shù)后3、6、12個(gè)月復(fù)查造影顯示動(dòng)脈瘤完全消失,載瘤動(dòng)脈通暢。結(jié)論可降解鎂合金覆膜支架治療兔頸總動(dòng)脈側(cè)壁型動(dòng)脈瘤是可行的。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the feasibility of degradable magnesium alloy coated stent in the treatment of lateral wall aneurysms of common carotid artery in rabbits. Methods Twenty New Zealand white rabbits were raised for 1 week to anastomose the right common carotid artery with the venous sac by intermittent valgus suture. Twenty common carotid artery lateral wall aneurysms were implanted with degradable magnesium alloy stent and Willis stent respectively within 72 hours. DSA angiography was performed immediately before, immediately after operation, and 12 months after operation, and compared with occlusion and internal leakage of aneurysm. Vasospasm, vascular injury, thrombotic events, vascular occlusion and stenosis. Results 10 biodegradable magnesium alloy coated stents and 10 Willis coated stents were implanted. The technical success rate was 100%. Immediately after stent implantation, all aneurysms were completely occluded, aneurysm carrying arteries were unobstructed, and 3 cases of vasospasm were found in the degradable magnesium alloy coated stent group, 1 case in the Willis covered stent group. The results showed that the aneurysm disappeared completely and the aneurysm was unobstructed. Conclusion it is feasible to treat the lateral wall aneurysm of the common carotid artery with degradable magnesium alloy stent.
