【摘要】：島葉位于新舊皮質(zhì)間，島葉膠質(zhì)瘤因其臨床癥狀輕微，多以癲癇起病，腫瘤占位效應(yīng)明確，治療策略及療效一直是探索的焦點(diǎn)。手術(shù)是目前治療島葉膠質(zhì)瘤的主要手段，，但因其位置深，周圍鄰近大腦中動(dòng)脈及重要的功能神經(jīng)核團(tuán)，術(shù)后容易引起偏癱、出血、梗塞等并發(fā)癥。相關(guān)解剖的熟悉程度、術(shù)前從分完善的檢查、術(shù)中準(zhǔn)確的定位是決定手術(shù)成敗和療效的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:The insular lobe is located between the old and the new cortex. Because of its mild clinical symptoms, most of the insular gliomas begin with epilepsy, the tumor occupying effect is clear, the treatment strategy and the curative effect are always the focus of exploration. Surgery is the main method for the treatment of insular glioma at present. However, because of its deep location, adjacent to the middle cerebral artery and important functional nerve nuclei, postoperative complications such as hemiplegia, hemorrhage, infarction, familiarity with related anatomy, pre-operative examination, Accurate positioning is the key to the success and efficacy of the operation.
