【摘要】：正1病例資料患者吳某,男性,49歲,大學(xué)學(xué)歷,主因"言語(yǔ)理解不能、交流困難1月"于2015年8月19日入我院。2015年7月19日患者突發(fā)口齒不清,言語(yǔ)含糊,反應(yīng)遲鈍。外院頭顱MRI確診"左側(cè)顳頂枕新發(fā)腦梗死",收入院,按"腦梗死"抗血小板及活血化瘀治療。7月24日患者突發(fā)意識(shí)不清倒地,左側(cè)肢體不能活動(dòng),復(fù)查頭顱MRI示"右側(cè)顳枕頂葉交界區(qū)新發(fā)梗死,累及側(cè)腦室旁、基底核,左側(cè)顳頂枕葉多發(fā)出血性梗死",
[Abstract]:Case 1 patient Wu Mou, a 49-year-old male with a college degree, was admitted to our hospital on August 19, 2015, mainly because of "unable to understand speech, difficult to communicate in January". On July 19, 2015, the patient suddenly became inarticulate and his words were vague. The patient was diagnosed as "new cerebral infarction of left temporal parietal occipital" by MRI, admitted to our hospital and treated by "cerebral infarction" for anti-platelet and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. On July 24th, the patient was suddenly unconscious and could not move his left limb. MRI showed that "multiple hemorrhagic infarction occurred in the right temporo-occipital-parietal junction, involving paraventricular, basal nucleus and left temporoparietal occipital lobe."
