【摘要】：目的評價(jià)磁共振平均相對腦血容量(rCBVmean)鑒別膠質(zhì)瘤復(fù)發(fā)與放射損傷的診斷準(zhǔn)確性。材料與方法系統(tǒng)性檢索2000年1月至2015年8月Pubmed、Embase和CBM數(shù)據(jù)庫中發(fā)表的有關(guān)磁共振rCBVmean鑒別膠質(zhì)瘤復(fù)發(fā)與放射性損傷的文獻(xiàn)。對納入的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評價(jià)及數(shù)據(jù)提取,應(yīng)用Stata13.0軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果共納入14篇符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn),包括378例患者,合并敏感性(SEN)、特異性(SPE)、陽性似然比(PLR)、陰性似然比(NLR)和診斷優(yōu)勢比(DOR)分別為0.87(95%CI:0.80~0.91),0.89(95%CI:0.81~0.94),7.6(95%CI:4.3~13.4),0.15(95%CI:0.10~0.23)和50(95%CI:22~117)。綜合受試者工作特性曲線(SROC)下面積為0.93(95%CI:0.91~0.95)。結(jié)論磁共振r CBVmean在鑒別膠質(zhì)瘤復(fù)發(fā)與放射性損傷中具有高的診斷準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of MRI mean relative cerebral blood volume (RCBV mean) in the differential diagnosis of glioma recurrence and radiation injury. Materials and methods A systematic search of the relevant MRI rCBVmean published in Pubmedme Embase and CBM databases from January 2000 to August 2015 was carried out. The literature of differentiating glioma recurrence from radiation injury. The quality evaluation and data extraction of the included documents were carried out. Meta analysis was performed with Stata13.0 software. Results A total of 14 articles, including 378 patients, were included. The combined sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio and diagnostic odds ratio were 0.8795% and 0.8995% respectively. Conclusion the area of r CBVmean in differentiating glioma from recurrence is 0.910.95. Conclusion the area of r CBVmean is 0.931 ~ 0 95. Conclusion the area of r CBVmean in differentiating glioma from radiation is 0.931 ~ 0.950.Conclusion the area under the operating characteristic curve of the subjects is 0.9395CI0 / 0.910.95. Conclusion the area of r CBVmean is 0.9395CI0.910.Conclusion the area under the operating characteristic curve of the subjects is 0.9395CI0.910.Conclusion\\\%\%\%\%\% of glioma and radiation\%\%\%\%\%\%\%\%\%\%\%\%\%\%\%\%\%? The diagnosis accuracy of sexual injury is high.
