腸道菌群與中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病及糞便微生物群移植的治療應(yīng)用前景

【摘要】:正腸道是人體中最大的微生物群落,腸道菌群調(diào)節(jié)宿主許多過(guò)程,包括新陳代謝、炎癥和免疫反應(yīng),相反,宿主通過(guò)內(nèi)外環(huán)境調(diào)節(jié)腸道菌群的組成和數(shù)量,這種宿主和菌群之間的復(fù)雜的相互作用對(duì)人體健康和功能至關(guān)重要。然而,當(dāng)宿主與腸道菌群之間的共生關(guān)系被破壞時(shí),可能導(dǎo)致或促進(jìn)疾病~([1])。本文回顧腸道菌群與宿主中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的相互作用,討論腸道菌群與常見中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病之間的可能聯(lián)系,最后提出通過(guò)糾正菌群失調(diào)以預(yù)防和治療疾病的潛在方法。
[Abstract]:The positive intestine is the largest microbial community in the human body. The intestinal flora regulates the host's many processes, including metabolism, inflammation and immune response. Instead, the host regulates the composition and quantity of the intestinal flora through the internal and external environment. This complex interaction between the host and the flora is essential for human health and function. However, when the symbiotic relationship between the host and the intestinal flora is destroyed, This paper reviews the interaction between intestinal flora and host central nervous system, and discusses the possible relationship between intestinal flora and common central nervous system diseases. At last, the potential methods of preventing and treating diseases by correcting the maladjustment of bacterial flora are put forward.
