【摘要】：目的:回顧分析影響膠質瘤患者生存期的相關因素,總結膠質瘤臨床治療經驗。方法:收集2013年1月~2015年9月皖南醫(yī)學院第一附屬醫(yī)院138例膠質瘤患者的臨床資料,對患者的臨床資料、手術切除程度、術后并發(fā)癥、腫瘤病理結果、術后是否放化療、生存期等進行整理,對影響膠質瘤患者生存期相關因素進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果:單因素分析患者生存期影響因素:年齡≤50歲膠質瘤患者生存期較年齡50歲患者明顯延長(p=0.0057);病理低級別組的中位生存期明顯長于高級別組的生存期(p0.0001);術前KPS評分≥70患者的生存期較術前KPS評分70患者的生存期延長(p=0.0003);手術全切組患者的生存期明顯長于次全切組(p=0.0016);術后放化療患者的生存期明顯優(yōu)于未行放化療患者(p0.0001)。應用COX多因素分析顯示腫瘤切除程度(p0.0001)、術后是否放化療(p=0.003)、術前KPS評分(p=0.003)、腫瘤病理級別(p0.0001)4個因素與膠質瘤患者生存期明顯相關。結論:低級別膠質瘤、術前KPS評分≥70的患者預后較好;手術切除程度越高、術后輔助放化療可明顯延長患者生存期。
[Abstract]:Objective: to retrospectively analyze the related factors affecting the survival time of glioma patients, and summarize the clinical experience of glioma treatment.
