抗神經(jīng)元抗體相關(guān)的中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病

【摘要】:抗神經(jīng)元抗體是一組作用于神經(jīng)元的抗體,這些抗體通常發(fā)現(xiàn)于某些特殊的中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病如邊緣葉腦炎、抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受體(NMDAR)腦炎、僵人綜合征、Morvan綜合征等患者的血清和(或)腦脊液中。這些抗體的發(fā)現(xiàn)為許多中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病發(fā)病機(jī)制的研究提供了新的視角,并且為這些疾病的治療提供了新的方向,在很大程度上改變了這些疾病的預(yù)后。并且,隨著檢測(cè)方法的不斷提高,新發(fā)現(xiàn)的抗體種類(lèi)不斷增加,抗神經(jīng)元抗體相關(guān)的中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病譜也隨之?dāng)U大。因此,我們對(duì)這些抗體相關(guān)的中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病進(jìn)行綜述,以期為基礎(chǔ)研究及臨床工作提供一定的指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Anti-neuronal antibodies are a set of antibodies acting on neurons that are commonly found in specific central nervous system diseases such as marginal lobe encephalitis and anti-NMDAR encephalitis. The discovery of these antibodies in serum and / or cerebrospinal fluid of patients such as Morvan's syndrome provides a new perspective for the study of the pathogenesis of many central nervous system diseases and provides a new direction for the treatment of these diseases. The prognosis of these diseases has been greatly changed. And with the improvement of detection methods, the types of newly discovered antibodies have been increasing, and the spectrum of central nervous system diseases associated with anti-neuronal antibodies has also expanded. We review these antibody-related central nervous system diseases in order to provide guidance for basic research and clinical work.
