【摘要】：正患兒女,8歲,"因嘴歪斜1月余,右眼紅腫、疼痛、視物模糊2周"入院,臨床診斷為右眼角膜潰瘍,面神經(jīng)麻痹。MR檢查:右側(cè)橋小腦角區(qū)、右側(cè)顳部及鞍旁可見團塊狀信號影,邊界尚清,形態(tài)不規(guī)則,T1WI呈等信號(圖1A),T2WI呈混雜高信號(圖1B)。高b值(b=1 000s/mm~2)DWI示病變彌散受限呈高信號。增強掃描見病變明顯不均勻強化,局部腦膜線樣強化
[Abstract]:She was 8 years old. She was admitted to hospital because of mouth skew on January, right eye redness, pain, blurred vision for 2 weeks. The clinical diagnosis was right corneal ulcer, facial nerve palsy. Mr examination: right pontocerebellum angle area, right cerebellopontine angle area, right cerebellopontine angle area, right cerebellopontine angle area. In the right temporal part and parasellar region, mass signal was seen, the boundary was still clear, and the shape of irregular T1WI was isointense (Fig. 1A / T _ 2WI showed mixed hyperintensity (Fig. 1BU. High b value / b ~ (1 000 s 路m ~ (-1) s / mm ~ (-1)) DWI showed that the lesion was diffusion-limited, and the enhancement showed that the lesion was not homogeneous and enhanced.
