【摘要】：脊髓亞急性聯(lián)合變性(SCD)是因?yàn)轶w內(nèi)維生素B12缺乏引起的中樞和周圍神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的變性性疾病。臨床表現(xiàn)具有多樣性及非特異性,常因診斷困難而延誤治療,導(dǎo)致不可逆的神經(jīng)功能損害。本病通過早診斷、早治療,可降低對神經(jīng)功能的永久性損害。為了進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對本病的認(rèn)識,本文綜合多個文獻(xiàn),從發(fā)病機(jī)制、病因、癥狀體征、輔助檢查、診斷、鑒別診斷及治療等方面對SCD進(jìn)行描述,在臨床上對SCD早診斷,減少漏診及誤診。
[Abstract]:SCD is a degenerative disease of the central and peripheral nervous system caused by vitamin B12 deficiency in the body. Its clinical manifestations are diverse and non-specific, and are often delayed because of difficulty in diagnosis. This disease can reduce the permanent damage to nerve function through early diagnosis and treatment. In order to further strengthen the understanding of this disease, this article synthesizes many literatures, from pathogenesis, etiology, symptom and sign, Auxiliary examination, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment were used to describe SCD, early diagnosis and misdiagnosis of SCD were reduced in clinic.
