促紅細(xì)胞生成素治療HIE的臨床療效及對(duì)血清MMP-9、IL-6和TNF-α水平的影響

【摘要】:目的探討促紅細(xì)胞生成素治療HIE的臨床療效及對(duì)血清MMP-9、IL-6和TNF-α水平的影響。方法選擇2012年8月至2016年7月我院治療的缺氧缺血性腦病患者116例為研究對(duì)象,以拋硬幣法將其分為對(duì)照組56例,觀察組60例,且給予對(duì)照組患者常規(guī)治療,而觀察組則使用促紅細(xì)胞生成素進(jìn)行治療,隨后將2組的臨床癥狀進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果觀察組患者的總有效率(91.7%)明顯大于對(duì)照組的總有效率(75.0%);治療前后2組患者血清中的MMP-9、IL-6及TNF-α水平比較,觀察組患者治療后血清中MMP-9、IL-6及TNF-α值的降低幅度明顯大于對(duì)照組;且MMP-9下降最早,觀察組患者治療后除阻力指數(shù)(resistance index,RI)外,其收縮期峰值流速(peak systolic flow velocity,PSFV)和舒張末期流速(end-diastolic flow velocity,EDFV)均明顯高于對(duì)照組,2組比較差異明顯,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論促紅細(xì)胞生成素在治療新生兒缺氧缺血性腦病方面的臨床效果顯著,MMP-9、IL-6及TNF-α的水平變化對(duì)缺氧缺血性腦病的早期診斷及預(yù)后有著重要指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of erythropoietin in the treatment of HIE and its effect on serum MMP-9 IL-6 and TNF- 偽 levels. Methods 116 patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) treated in our hospital from August 2012 to July 2016 were selected as subjects. It was divided into control group (56 cases), observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases) by the method of coin toss. The patients in the observation group were treated with erythropoietin, and the patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy. The clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 91.7%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.0%), and the levels of MMP-9 IL-6 and TNF- 偽 in the serum of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. The serum levels of MMP-9, IL-6 and TNF- 偽 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the MMP-9 was the first in the observation group, except for resistance index and index index after treatment in the observation group. The peak systolic flow velocityv and end-diastolic flow velocityv were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion the clinical effect of erythropoietin in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is significant. The changes of MMP-9, IL-6 and TNF- 偽 are important for the early diagnosis and prognosis of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
