【摘要】：正隨著生活水平逐漸提高、人口老齡化,心腦血管疾病的發(fā)病率逐年增高,因疾病需要,抗血栓藥物的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。較常使用的口服抗血栓藥物主要有抗血小板類及抗凝類藥物,前者以阿司匹林、氯吡格雷為代表,后者以華法林為代表。口服抗血栓藥物后可能有增加出血的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),以顱內(nèi)出血最為嚴(yán)重[1]�？诜寡ㄋ幬锵嚓P(guān)性腦出血(oral antithrombotic drugs related to cerebral hemorrhage,OAT-ICH)較單
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of living standards and the aging of the population, the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is increasing year by year. The use of antithrombotic drugs is becoming more and more extensive. The more commonly used oral antithrombotic drugs are mainly antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs, the former is represented by aspirin and clopidogrel. The latter is represented by warfarin. The risk of hemorrhage may be increased after oral administration of antithrombotic drugs, especially intracranial hemorrhage. Oral antithrombotic antithrombotic drugs related to cerebral hemorrhage OAT-ICH is more simple.
