護患溝通在神經外科護理中的應用(1)

     [摘要] 隨著現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療的發(fā)展，，護士和患者的關系越來越關系到患者病情的改善，因此加強護患溝通是一項刻不容緩的事情。由于神經外科護理工作的特殊性，即護士工作量大、壓力大，從而導致溝通不到位，經常導致護患糾紛。本文在分析加強護患關系的基礎之上，從護理的各個環(huán)結來綜述臨床護理工作中加強護患溝通的方法。

    [Abstract] With the development of modern medicine, the relationship between nurses and patients are increasingly related to the condition improvement of patients, thus enhancing the nurse-patient communication is an urgent matter. The special nature of neurosurgical care (such as high workload and pressure) leads to bad communication, and then resulting nursing disputes.
