【摘要】：目的分析高血壓合并缺血性腦卒中患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平與疾病各因素的相關(guān)性,根據(jù)合并癥情況與Hcy水平施加不同的藥物干預(yù),并評(píng)價(jià)干預(yù)效果。方法采用循環(huán)酶法檢測(cè)194例高血壓合并缺血性腦卒中患者的血清Hcy水平,分析血清Hcy水平與疾病各因素的相關(guān)性。按照疾病類型分成A組(H型高血壓合并缺血性腦卒中組)98例,常規(guī)用藥基礎(chǔ)上口服馬來(lái)酸依那普利葉酸片進(jìn)行干預(yù),B組(高血壓合并缺血性腦卒中組)96例,常規(guī)用藥的基礎(chǔ)上口服依那普利進(jìn)行干預(yù)并于干預(yù)2周、4周和3個(gè)月復(fù)查患者血清Hcy水平。結(jié)果影像學(xué)檢查有無(wú)斑塊與腦卒中既往史是高血壓合并缺血性腦卒中患者血清Hcy水平的影響因素(均P0.05)。馬來(lái)酸依那普利葉酸片對(duì)H型高血壓合并缺血性腦卒中組進(jìn)行干預(yù)后,2周、4周和3個(gè)月復(fù)測(cè)血清Hcy值呈逐步下降趨勢(shì)(P0.05)。結(jié)論頸動(dòng)脈斑塊與腦卒中既往史是影響高血壓合并缺血性腦卒中患者血清Hcy水平的因素,馬來(lái)酸依那普利葉酸片對(duì)降低H型高血壓合并缺血性腦卒中血清Hcy水平有一定的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the correlation between serum homocysteine homocysteine (Hcy) level and various disease factors in patients with hypertension and ischemic stroke, and to apply different drug intervention according to the complication and Hcy level. Methods Serum Hcy levels in 194 patients with hypertension and ischemic stroke were measured by circulating enzyme method. To analyze the correlation between serum Hcy level and various factors of disease. According to the type of disease, 98 cases of hypertension complicated with ischemic stroke were divided into two groups: group A (n = 98), type H hypertension with ischemic stroke (n = 98). On the basis of routine medication, enalapril maleate folic acid tablets were taken orally for intervention in group B (96 cases of hypertension complicated with ischemic stroke). On the basis of routine medication, enalapril was administered orally and the serum Hcy levels were reexamined at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 3 months after intervention. Results Imaging examination showed whether plaque and stroke had a history of hypertension complicated with ischemic stroke. The influencing factors of serum Hcy level in patients (all P 0.05). Enalapril maleate folic acid tablets intervention in patients with H type hypertension with ischemic stroke group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks and 3 months the serum Hcy levels showed a gradual downward trend of P0.050.Conclusion Cervical enalapril folic acid tablets in patients with hypertension with ischemic stroke group showed a gradual decline trend. Atherosclerotic plaque and past history of stroke were the factors influencing the serum Hcy level in hypertensive patients with ischemic stroke. Folic acid tablets of enalapril maleate can decrease the serum Hcy level in patients with H-type hypertension and ischemic stroke.
