【摘要】：目的探討未治療帕金森病(PD)患者膀胱過度活動癥(OAB)與運動癥狀的相關(guān)性。方法對47例未治療PD患者(PD組)與46名健康志愿者(對照組)進行OAB自我評價量表(OABSS)評分和統(tǒng)一PD評定量表Ⅲ(UPDRSⅢ)評分。采用Spearman's相關(guān)分析法進行相關(guān)因素分析。結(jié)果 PD組OAB發(fā)生率(53.2%)明顯高于對照組(17.4%)(χ~2=19.65,P0.05)。PD患者OABSS評分與UPDRSⅢ評分(r=0.37,P=0.03)及少動-強直評分(r=0.51,P=0.01)呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論未治療PD患者OAB與運動癥狀密切相關(guān),尤其是少動-強直癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between bladder hyperactivity and motor symptoms in patients with untreated Parkinson's disease (PD).
