不同類型缺血性腦血管病血漿同型半胱氨酸水平與神經(jīng)功能缺損程度的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討不同類型缺血性腦血管病(ICVD)患者血漿同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平與神經(jīng)缺損程度的關(guān)系。方法 ICVD患者82例,根據(jù)疾病類型分為腦梗死(CI)組59例和短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作(TIA)組23例,根據(jù)患者入院時美國國立神經(jīng)缺損評分(NIHSS)分為重度神經(jīng)缺損組(31~42分)18例、中度神經(jīng)缺損組(16~30分)42例和輕度神經(jīng)缺損組(0~15分)22例;選擇同期體檢中心的健康者30例作為對照組,測量各組血漿Hcy、纖維蛋白原(Fib)、甘油三酯(TG)、總膽固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)水平。結(jié)果 CI組和TIA組Hcy、Fib、TG、TC、LDL-C均顯著高于對照組(P0.05),HDL-C均顯著低于對照組(P0.05);CI組Hcy、Fib、TG、TC、LDL-C均顯著高于TIA組,HDL-C均顯著低于TIA組(P0.05)。重度神經(jīng)缺損組、中度神經(jīng)缺損組和輕度神經(jīng)缺損組Hcy、Fib、TG、TC、LDL-C均顯著高于對照組(P0.05),重度神經(jīng)缺損組Hcy、Fib、TG、TC、LDL-C顯著高于中度神經(jīng)缺損組和輕度神經(jīng)缺損組(P0.05),中度神經(jīng)缺損組Hcy、Fib、TG、TC、LDL-C顯著高于輕度神經(jīng)缺損組(P0.05),重度神經(jīng)缺損組、中度神經(jīng)缺損組HDL-C顯著低于對照組和輕度神經(jīng)缺損組(P0.05)。Prearson相關(guān)分析顯示,不同類型和NIHSS評分與血漿Hcy和Fib呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 ICVD患者血漿Hcy和Fib及血脂異常升高,不同類型和NIHSS評分與血漿Hcy和Fib呈正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the plasma homocysteine homocysteine (Hcy) level and the degree of nerve defect in patients with different types of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases (ICVDs). Methods 82 patients with ICVD were included in this study. According to the type of disease, 59 patients were divided into CI group (59 cases) and 23 patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA) group, and 18 patients were divided into severe nerve defect group (18 cases) according to the American National nerve defect score (NIHSS) at admission. 42 cases of moderate nerve defect group and 22 cases of mild nerve defect group were selected as control group. The plasma levels of Hcyl, fibrinogen, triglyceride (TGG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in each group were measured. Results the levels of HDL-C in CI group and TIA group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.05). The LDL-C levels of Hcystoma Fib#en0# TCN LDL-C in the irradiation group were significantly higher than those in the TIA group and the severe nerve defect group, which were significantly lower than those in the TIA group, which were significantly lower than those in the TIA group, and were significantly lower than those in the TIA group, which were significantly lower than those in the TIA group. The LDL-C levels of Hcyn FibTGG (TGG) TCN in moderate nerve defect group and mild nerve defect group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.05), while in severe nerve defect group, it was significantly higher than that in medium nerve defect group and mild nerve defect group (P 0.05), and in moderate nerve defect group, it was significantly higher than that in mild nerve defect group. In severe nerve defect group, it was significantly higher than that in mild nerve defect group (P < 0.05), and that in moderate nerve defect group was significantly higher than that in mild nerve defect group (P < 0.05). The lesion group was P0.05, and the severe nerve defect group, HDL-C in moderate nerve defect group was significantly lower than that in control group and mild nerve defect group. Prearson correlation analysis showed that different types and NIHSS scores were positively correlated with plasma Hcy and Fib. Conclusion Plasma Hcy and Fib and blood lipid in patients with ICVD are increased. Different types and NIHSS scores were positively correlated with plasma Hcy and Fib.
