【摘要】：目的:探討血脂與非瓣膜性心房顫動(房顫)患者缺血性卒中的相關(guān)性。方法:非瓣膜性房顫患者2 470例,記錄患者臨床資料及入院后實驗室檢查結(jié)果。按有無缺血性卒中病史分為無缺血性卒中史組(1 910例)和有缺血性卒中史組(560例);根據(jù)CHA2DS2-VASc評分分為低中危組(2分,566例)和高危組(≥2分,1 904例),分別比較兩組各項臨床指標的差別,并進一步探討非瓣膜性房顫患者血脂與缺血性卒中的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:無缺血性卒中史組與有缺血性卒中史組漢族比例、性別比、年齡、血紅蛋白、紅細胞壓積、ALT、血尿酸、HDL-C、LDL-C差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。低中危組和高危組漢族比例、性別比、年齡、白細胞計數(shù)、血紅蛋白、紅細胞壓積、血小板計數(shù)、ALT、白蛋白、TG、LDL-C差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。LDL-C為非瓣膜性房顫患者缺血性卒中史的獨立危險因素(OR 2.089,95%CI1.860~2.347,P0.05),LDL-C為非瓣膜性房顫患者缺血性卒中風(fēng)險的獨立危險因素(OR 1.270,95%CI 1.079~1.494,P0.05)。結(jié)論:LDL-C與非瓣膜性房顫患者缺血性卒中相關(guān),且為非瓣膜性房顫患者缺血性卒中的獨立危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between blood lipids and ischemic stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (AF). To record the clinical data and the results of laboratory examination after admission.
