【摘要】：未破裂顱內(nèi)動脈瘤(UIA)是指沒有破裂史或者與以前出血沒有關(guān)系的顱內(nèi)動脈瘤,包括偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)的動脈瘤和多發(fā)動脈瘤中未破裂的動脈瘤。UIA不管是自然破裂還是手術(shù)處理,均存在較大風(fēng)險。目前,隨著影像技術(shù)(特別是無創(chuàng)性影像技術(shù))的發(fā)展和健康查體意識的提高,越來越多的UIA被發(fā)現(xiàn),選擇保守觀察還是手術(shù)處理,對于患者本身、神經(jīng)內(nèi)外科、介入科、影像科醫(yī)師,都是一個非常棘手的問題。本文將對近年來國內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者在該領(lǐng)域的研究成果進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Unruptured intracranial aneurysm (UIA) refers to an intracranial aneurysm that has no history of rupture or has nothing to do with previous bleeding, including unruptured aneurysms found by chance and those in multiple aneurysms, whether they are naturally ruptured or surgically treated. At present, with the development of imaging technology (especially non-invasive imaging technology) and the improvement of health check-up awareness, more and more UIA have been found, the choice of conservative observation or surgical treatment, for the patients themselves, Neurosurgery, interventional department and radiologist are all very difficult problems. This paper will review the research achievements of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in this field in recent years.
