三維膝爬姿態(tài)分析及可視化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:腦性癱瘓是由于出生前、出生時、嬰兒早期的某些原因造成的非進行性腦損傷所致的綜合癥。目前各國腦癱發(fā)病率較高,發(fā)病原因有很多種,但是具體的發(fā)病機制尚不清楚。腦癱主要臨床表現(xiàn)是中樞性運動功能障礙和發(fā)育滯后?祻(fù)治療有助于讓腦癱患者最大限度地恢復(fù)殘疾的正常功能,而康復(fù)評價是康復(fù)治療的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),準(zhǔn)確有效的評估是使腦癱患兒得到理想治療結(jié)果,保證生活質(zhì)量的重要環(huán)節(jié)。 目前對于腦癱的評估方式主要有運動功能粗大量表、表面肌電描記術(shù)以及步態(tài)分析等,但是這些評估方式都不能對腦癱進行早期的定量診斷評估,這就導(dǎo)致對于腦癱疾病發(fā)現(xiàn)較晚,嚴(yán)重影響了嬰幼兒康復(fù)訓(xùn)練的效果。針對這一現(xiàn)狀,,本文設(shè)計開發(fā)了一種用于膝爬運動參數(shù)定量分析的軟件系統(tǒng),以實現(xiàn)對嬰幼兒早期運動功能進行客觀評價。 本文在總結(jié)分析了目前應(yīng)用軟件設(shè)計開發(fā)規(guī)范,針對重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬兒童醫(yī)院提出的“對具有膝爬能力的嬰幼兒進行定量評估”的應(yīng)用需求,以瀑布模型結(jié)合演化模型為基礎(chǔ),在LabVIEW平臺上設(shè)計開發(fā)了三維膝爬姿態(tài)分析及可視化系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用軟件。該系統(tǒng)基于事件結(jié)構(gòu)的人機界面設(shè)計模式,編程實現(xiàn)了兩大功能:同步顯示關(guān)節(jié)活動角度曲線與三維動態(tài)效果;對比顯示正常兒童的關(guān)節(jié)活動角度范圍與被試兒童的關(guān)節(jié)活動角度曲線。 本文利用黑盒測試法,分別對軟件功能進行了模塊測試和組合測試。模塊測試結(jié)果表明軟件能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)被試兒童與正常兒童關(guān)節(jié)角度的對比顯示,以及膝爬姿態(tài)的關(guān)節(jié)角度曲線與三維動態(tài)效果與的同步顯示。組合測試證實了本系統(tǒng)主程序界面能夠?qū)⒅鞒绦蛑械幕颊叩男畔鬟f到同步顯示這一子VI中,實現(xiàn)主程序與子VI之間的數(shù)據(jù)傳遞。 在實際應(yīng)用時,本文以正常兒童和腦癱兒為實驗對象,進行膝爬實驗,用運動捕捉系統(tǒng)捕捉了膝爬時各關(guān)節(jié)的主要活動數(shù)據(jù),利用本軟件對得到數(shù)據(jù)進行處理,并對比分析了正常兒童與腦癱患兒的結(jié)果差異,結(jié)果表明本軟件能夠?qū)οヅ肋\動時關(guān)節(jié)的活動角度進行評估。 本文設(shè)計開發(fā)的軟件與三維步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)有良好的系統(tǒng)兼容性,為三維步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)增加了對于膝爬運動定量評估的功能,為腦癱兒運動功能早期診斷和康復(fù)評價提供了新的技術(shù)手段。
[Abstract]:Cerebral palsy is due before birth, birth, causing some cause of infant early non induced brain injury syndrome. The incidence of cerebral palsy, there are many causes, but the specific pathogenesis is still unclear. The main clinical manifestations of cerebral palsy is the pivot movement dysfunction and rehabilitation development lags behind. Help the cerebral palsy patients to maximize the restoration of normal functional disability, and rehabilitation evaluation is an important part of rehabilitation therapy, accurate and effective assessment is to get ideal results in treatment of children with cerebral palsy, an important link to ensure the quality of life.
At present, for the assessment of cerebral palsy are mainly coarse motion function of a large number of tables, surface electromyography and gait analysis, but these methods are not quantitative evaluation of early diagnosis and evaluation of cerebral palsy, which leads to cerebral palsy disease found late, serious impact on the infant to the effect of rehabilitation training. In view of this situation, this paper design and development of a software system for knee climbing motion parameters of quantitative analysis, the objective evaluation of the early exercise function in infants to achieve.
This paper analyzes the current development and application of design software specification in summary, aiming at the children's Hospital Affiliated to Medical University Of Chongqing "quantitative assessment" of the ability of infants with knee climbing application needs to waterfall model combined with the evolutionary model, design and development of 3D knee climbing application software attitude analysis and visualization system on the LabVIEW platform. The system the man-machine interface design model based on event structure, realizes two functions: synchronous display of joint activities in the perspective of curve and 3D dynamic effect; contrast display normal children joint movable angle and the children were the joint angle curve.
In this paper, using the black box testing method, respectively. The functions of the software module test and combined test module. Test results show that the software can realize the contrast test of normal children and children with joint angle, knee joint angle and climb attitude curve and 3D dynamic effect and synchronous display. Combined testing proved that the system main program interface the main program in the transmission of information to the synchronous display of this sub VI, realize the main program and VI data transfer.
In practical application, based on the normal children and children with cerebral palsy as the experimental object, knee climbing experiment, capturing the knees main activities of the joint data using a motion capture system, the data were processed by the software, and the comparative analysis of normal children and children with cerebral palsy and the difference between the results. The results show that the software can to evaluate the angle of knee climbing movement.
The software developed in this paper has good system compatibility with the three-dimensional gait analysis system, and provides a quantitative evaluation function for the three-step gait analysis system. It provides a new technical means for early diagnosis and rehabilitation evaluation of cerebral palsy children's motor function.
