經(jīng)顱磁聲刺激作用下耦合神經(jīng)元的去同步研究

【摘要】:基于全同HR神經(jīng)元的耦合系統(tǒng)模型,應(yīng)用Simulink平臺建立系統(tǒng)仿真模型,研究經(jīng)顱磁聲刺激對神經(jīng)元同步活動的影響。通過分析不同參數(shù)下的經(jīng)顱磁聲刺激對神經(jīng)元去同步的作用效果,發(fā)現(xiàn)適當(dāng)參數(shù)下的外加磁聲刺激可以有效減弱神經(jīng)元的同步性。仿真結(jié)果表明:超聲強度為0.7~0.8 W/cm~2時,去同步指數(shù)Q值變?yōu)?.041 7,耦合神經(jīng)元出現(xiàn)去同步現(xiàn)象,從1.3~3.0 W/cm~2逐漸增大時,耦合神經(jīng)元去同步指數(shù)Q值由0.041 7逐漸增大到0.625,神經(jīng)元的放電模式發(fā)生了改變。調(diào)制超聲波的占空比從40~70%變化時,去同步指數(shù)Q值變?yōu)?.041 7,耦合神經(jīng)元的去同步對經(jīng)顱磁聲刺激具有敏感性;當(dāng)調(diào)制超聲波的周期從170~180 ms變化時,去同步指數(shù)Q值變?yōu)?.041 7,耦合神經(jīng)元呈現(xiàn)去同步狀態(tài)。研究結(jié)果揭示出經(jīng)顱磁聲刺激對耦合神經(jīng)元去同步的作用規(guī)律,有助于探索經(jīng)顱磁聲刺激對神經(jīng)精神類疾病治療和康復(fù)的機理。
[Abstract]:Based on the coupled system model of all-in-one HR neurons, the system simulation model is established by using Simulink platform. To study the effect of transcranial magnetic sound stimulation (TMSS) on neuronal synchronization, the effects of transcranial magnetic acoustic stimulation (TMSS) on neuronal desynchronization under different parameters were analyzed. The results of simulation show that the intensity of ultrasound is 0.7 ~ 0.8 W / cm ~ 2:00, the de-synchronizing index Q value is 0.041 7, and the coupling neuron appears desynchronization phenomenon, which increases gradually from 1.3 ~ 3.0 W / cm ~ 2. The Q-value of the coupled neuron desynchronization index gradually increased from 0.041 7 to 0.625, and the firing mode of the neuron changed. When the duty cycle of the modulated ultrasonic wave changed from 40 ~ 70%, The Q value of desynchronization index changed to 0.0417, and the desynchronization of coupled neurons was sensitive to transcranial magnetoacoustic stimulation, and when the period of modulated ultrasound changed from 170 Ms to 180 Ms, The Q value of de-synchronizing index changed to 0.0417, and the coupling neurons showed desynchronization state. The results revealed the effect of transcranial magnetoacoustic stimulation on the de-synchronization of coupled neurons. It is helpful to explore the mechanism of transcranial magnetic sound stimulation in the treatment and rehabilitation of neuropsychiatric diseases.
