【摘要】：正卵黃囊瘤是一種少見的起源于生殖細(xì)胞的生殖細(xì)胞瘤,常見于兒童及青少年,多發(fā)于卵巢、睪丸及骶尾部,主要沿身體中線分布,發(fā)生于其他部位少見,顱內(nèi)及椎管內(nèi)者極為罕見。我們收治1例顱內(nèi)及椎管內(nèi)髓外卵黃囊瘤患者,報(bào)道如下�；颊吲�,28歲。因"腰腿痛1月余,加重1周"于2016年11月28日收入我院�；颊呒韧w健,曾于1個(gè)月前因腰痛伴右下肢疼痛,來我院就診,初步檢查后考慮"肌筋膜炎",給予對癥治療,效果較差,伴隨雙下肢進(jìn)行性肌
[Abstract]:Positive yolk sac tumor is a rare germ cell tumor originating from germ cells. It is common in children and adolescents. It is mainly distributed along the midline of the body and occurs rarely in other parts, mainly in ovary, testis and sacrococcyx. "Intracranial and intramedullary yolk sac tumors are extremely rare. A case of intracranial and intraspinal extramedullary yolk sac tumor is reported. The patient is 28 years old. One week aggravation was admitted to our hospital on November 28th 2016. The patient was admitted to our hospital one month ago because of low back pain and pain in his right lower extremity. After preliminary examination, he considered "myofascitis" and was given symptomatic treatment. Accompanied by progressive muscles of both lower extremities
