【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)首次卒中患者卒中部位與卒中后抑郁(PSD)的關(guān)系。方法檢索中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(VIP)、相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、PubMed、ISI Web of Science、Ovid全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、Elsevier Science Direct等國(guó)內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)1980年1月至2016年3月發(fā)表的卒中部位與PSD相關(guān)性的研究。采用RevMan5.3軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)合并分析。結(jié)果共納入14項(xiàng)研究,1 952例患者。Meta分析顯示:首次卒中患者卒中部位與PSD的發(fā)生無(wú)直接相關(guān)性[隨機(jī)效應(yīng)模型,95%CI(0.89,1.43),P0.01];亞組分析結(jié)果顯示,使用漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)進(jìn)行評(píng)估時(shí)右側(cè)卒中部位與PSD的發(fā)生相關(guān)[固定效應(yīng)模型,95%CI(1.21,1.76),P0.01],而在卒中后的病程、卒中后患者有無(wú)失語(yǔ)上PSD的發(fā)生與卒中部位無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性。結(jié)論首次卒中患者卒中部位與PSD不具有直接相關(guān)性,未來(lái)研究需作進(jìn)一步的探討。
[Abstract]:Objective to systematically evaluate the relationship between stroke site and post stroke depression (PSD) in patients with first stroke. Methods to search the database of Chinese sci-tech periodicals (VIPP), CNKI (full text Database of Chinese Journals), PubMedi Web of Ovid (Wanfang Database) and Elsevier Science Direct, etc. A study on the correlation between stroke site and PSD was published in internal and external databases from January 1980 to March 2016. The data were combined with RevMan5.3 software. The results included 14 studies, including 1,952 patients. Meta-analysis showed that: first stroke patients. There was no direct correlation between the location of stroke and the occurrence of PSD. The right stroke site was associated with the occurrence of PSD when evaluated with Hamilton Depression scale (Hamd) [Fixed-effect model: 95CI1.21 1.76 P0.01], and the course of stroke after stroke, There is no significant correlation between the occurrence of PSD and the location of stroke after stroke. Conclusion there is no direct correlation between the location of stroke and PSD in the first stroke patients, and further study is needed in the future.
