【摘要】：目的:觀察靜態(tài)漸進(jìn)性牽伸治療對(duì)痙攣型腦癱患兒尖足的療效。方法:60例(年齡4—12歲)痙攣型腦癱患兒隨機(jī)分為觀察組(30例)和對(duì)照組(30例),觀察組進(jìn)行靜態(tài)漸進(jìn)性牽伸治療,再配合常規(guī)康復(fù)治療。對(duì)照組僅進(jìn)行常規(guī)康復(fù)治療。治療前后,兩組分別進(jìn)行踝關(guān)節(jié)背屈活動(dòng)度(ROM)、小腿三頭肌肌張力評(píng)分(MAS)和GMFM量表D區(qū)(站立)、E區(qū)(走跑跳)評(píng)估。結(jié)果:兩組治療前踝關(guān)節(jié)ROM、肌張力和GMFM量表D、E區(qū)評(píng)分間差異均無(wú)顯著性(P0.05),治療3個(gè)月后,兩組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)較治療前均改善(P0.05),且以觀察組的改善幅度較為顯著,與對(duì)照組比較,組間差異有顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:靜態(tài)漸進(jìn)性牽伸治療配合常規(guī)康復(fù)治療能增加痙攣型腦癱患兒踝關(guān)節(jié)背屈活動(dòng)度,降低小腿三頭肌肌張力,提高患兒站立和走跑跳的運(yùn)動(dòng)功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of static progressive drafting on apical foot in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods: 60 children with spastic cerebral palsy (aged 4-12 years) were randomly divided into observation group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation only. Before and after treatment, The two groups were evaluated with ankle dorsiflexion motion, triceps muscle tension score (MASS) and GMFM scale D (walking and jumping). Results: before treatment, the difference of ROM, muscle tension and GMFM DNE score between the two groups was observed. After 3 months of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Compared with the control group, the indexes of the two groups were improved significantly (P 0.05), and the improvement of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group. Conclusion: static progressive drafting therapy combined with routine rehabilitation therapy can increase the motion of ankle joint of children with spastic cerebral palsy, reduce the tension of triceps muscle of the leg, and improve the motor function of standing and running and jumping of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
