【摘要】：目的探討成年人癲癇與骨代謝的關(guān)系。方法選取2015年3月—2017年3月東莞市第三人民醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科收治的癲癇患者30例,為病例組;另選取同期在本院接受體檢的健康成年人30例,為對照組。檢測并比較兩組的血清堿性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨鈣素(OC)、鈣離子、磷離子、鎂離子、25-羥基維生素D[25-(OH)D]、甲狀旁腺激素(PTH)水平。結(jié)果病例組血清ALP、OC、鈣離子、鎂離子水平低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組血清磷離子、25-(OH)D、PTH水平比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論成年癲癇患者存在骨代謝異常情況,臨床中應(yīng)針對癲癇患者的骨代謝異常情況采取防治措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between epilepsy and bone metabolism in adults. Methods Thirty epileptic patients admitted to Department of Neurology, third people's Hospital of Dongguan City from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the case group. In addition, 30 healthy adults who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as control group. Serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP), osteocalcin (BGP), calcium ion, phosphorus ion were detected and compared between the two groups. Results the levels of serum ALP OC, Ca 2 + and mg 2 + in the case group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion there is abnormal bone metabolism in adult epileptic patients.
