【摘要】:腸道菌群參與宿主的多項(xiàng)生理過(guò)程,包括營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)吸收、代謝及免疫系統(tǒng)的發(fā)育成熟、抵抗外來(lái)病原體入侵等,新的研究顯示腸道菌群通過(guò)神經(jīng)、內(nèi)分泌、代謝和免疫的途徑參與了腸道和中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的雙向調(diào)節(jié)。腸道菌群的變化與自閉癥、多發(fā)性硬化、帕金森病、焦慮和抑郁癥等一系列神經(jīng)精神疾病有關(guān),通過(guò)改善腸道菌群的微生態(tài)療法有望成為治療和預(yù)防一些神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的有效措施。
[Abstract]:Intestinal flora is involved in many physiological processes, including nutrient absorption, metabolism and development of immune system, resistance to the invasion of foreign pathogens, etc. New research shows that intestinal flora through nerve, endocrine. Metabolic and immune pathways are involved in two-way regulation of the gut and central nervous system. Changes in the intestinal flora are associated with a range of neuropsychiatric disorders such as autism, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, anxiety and depression. Microecological therapy through improving intestinal flora is expected to be an effective measure for the treatment and prevention of some nervous system diseases.
