【摘要】：目的觀察強(qiáng)力定眩片聯(lián)合敏使朗治療老年眩暈的臨床療效。方法將80例老年眩暈患者采用隨機(jī)雙盲法分為觀察組和對照組,每組40例。對照組采取西比靈治療,觀察組采用強(qiáng)力定眩片聯(lián)合敏使朗治療,比較2組臨床療效、不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果觀察組總有效率95.0%,顯著高于對照組(80.0%),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較無顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論強(qiáng)力定眩片聯(lián)合敏使朗治療老年眩暈療效明確,無明顯不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Dingxuan tablet combined with Minzhenlong in the treatment of senile vertigo. Methods 80 patients with senile vertigo were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. There were 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sibelium, and the observation group was treated with Dingxuan tablet combined with Minzhenlong. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%. It was significantly higher than that of control group (80.0%). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion the curative effect of Dingxuan tablet combined with Minmin on senile vertigo is clear. There was no obvious adverse reaction.
