【摘要】：目的探討清腦舒絡(luò)湯(自擬湯劑)聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣治療中風(fēng)恢復(fù)期患者的臨床觀察。方法根據(jù)選取標(biāo)準(zhǔn),選擇2015年11月—2016年5月期間在我院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科進(jìn)行中風(fēng)恢復(fù)期治療的186例患者,并隨機(jī)分為兩組,其中對(duì)照組采用阿托伐他汀鈣進(jìn)行治療,觀察組患者則采用清腦舒絡(luò)湯(自擬湯劑)聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣進(jìn)行治療,最終比較兩組患者的治療效果和神經(jīng)功能的恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,觀察組的治療有效率為95.60%,顯著高于對(duì)照組的83.70%,兩組之間的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);中醫(yī)癥候治療效果比較中,觀察組的90.11%的有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組的82.61%(P0.05);另外,與對(duì)照組相比,觀察組治療后的神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分(NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer運(yùn)動(dòng)功能評(píng)分(FMA)、日常生活能力(BI)指數(shù)評(píng)分均有明顯改善,其差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后,兩組患者的血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)(紅細(xì)胞壓積、血沉、紅細(xì)胞電泳、全血黏度、血漿黏度)均降低,且觀察組的血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)水平均明顯低于對(duì)照組,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論清腦舒絡(luò)湯(自擬湯劑)聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣治療中風(fēng)恢復(fù)期的效果顯著,能改善患者的神經(jīng)功能,增強(qiáng)肢體的運(yùn)動(dòng)能力,祛瘀舒絡(luò),具有積極的臨床治療意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical observation of Qingnaoshuluo decoction (self-made decoction) combined with Atto vastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with convalescent stroke. From November 2015 to May 2016, we selected 186 patients who were treated in the neurology department of our hospital during the recovery period of stroke, and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Atto vastatin calcium. The patients in the observation group were treated with Qingnaoshuluo decoction (self-made decoction) combined with Atto vastatin calcium. Finally, the curative effect and the recovery of nerve function were compared between the two groups. The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.60, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (83.70). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The effective rate of 90.11% in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (82.61). In addition, compared with the control group, the neurological impairment score (NIHSS) and Fugl-Meyer motor function score (FMAs) were evaluated after treatment in the observation group. The score of activity of daily living (BI) index was improved obviously, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, the hemorheological indexes (hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte electrophoresis, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity) of the two groups were decreased, and the level of hemorheological indexes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Qingnaoshuluo decoction (self-made decoction) combined with Atto vastatin calcium treatment of stroke recovery stage of the effect is significant, can improve the patient's nerve function, enhance the limb motor ability. Dispelling blood stasis and soothing collaterals has positive clinical significance.
