【摘要】：正天使綜合征(angelman syndrome,AS)是一種較為罕見的嚴(yán)重神經(jīng)精神系統(tǒng)疾病,多見于兒童,臨床上主要表現(xiàn)為發(fā)育遲緩、智力低下、孤獨(dú)內(nèi)向、吞咽困難、語言和運(yùn)動(dòng)功能障礙、癲癇等癥狀。染色體15q11-q13區(qū)段的UBE3A基因異常是該病發(fā)生的主要因素,但是對(duì)該病的發(fā)病機(jī)制尚未形成統(tǒng)一的學(xué)說,并且這種神經(jīng)精神性疾病的治療仍然是臨床中難點(diǎn)之一,目前已有資料反映出分子靶向治療具有
[Abstract]:Positive Angel Syndrome (ASA) is a rare and severe neuropsychiatric disease, which is more commonly seen in children. The main clinical manifestation is stunting. Mental retardation, solitary introversion, dysphagia, language and motor dysfunction, epilepsy and other symptoms. Chromosome 15q11-q13 region of UBE3A gene abnormalities are the main factors in the development of the disease. However, there is no unified theory on the pathogenesis of the disease, and the treatment of this neuropsychiatric disease is still one of the difficulties in clinical practice.
