【摘要】:活性氧簇(reactive oxygen species,ROS)是生物有氧代謝過(guò)程中的一種副產(chǎn)品,它具有很強(qiáng)的化學(xué)反應(yīng)活性,在細(xì)胞信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)和保持機(jī)體穩(wěn)定性方面起著重要作用。在某些因素刺激下,ROS會(huì)急劇增多,進(jìn)而通過(guò)細(xì)胞氧化應(yīng)激影響一系列信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑引起炎癥反應(yīng)。ROS的異常表達(dá)常與神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病發(fā)生密切相關(guān),它介導(dǎo)炎癥反應(yīng)的發(fā)生,參與神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的發(fā)展和惡化。
[Abstract]:Reactive oxygen speciesros (Ros) is a by-product of biological aerobic metabolism, which has a strong chemical reaction activity. It plays an important role in cell signal transduction and maintaining the stability of the body. Ros will increase rapidly under the stimulation of some factors. Furthermore, the abnormal expression of Ros through a series of signal transduction pathways induced by oxidative stress is closely related to the occurrence of nervous system diseases, which mediates the occurrence of inflammatory response. Participate in the development and deterioration of nervous system diseases.
