【摘要】：近年來(lái),研究發(fā)現(xiàn)默認(rèn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)(default mode network,DMN)在阿爾茲海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)、癲癇(epilepsy)、抑郁(depression)等疾病中表現(xiàn)活動(dòng)反常。這種反常表現(xiàn)引起了諸多神經(jīng)科學(xué)者的關(guān)注,并據(jù)此提出了默認(rèn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)理論,相關(guān)研究也取得積極進(jìn)展。研究默認(rèn)網(wǎng)路的活動(dòng)有助于了解疾病的發(fā)展程度及臨床治療評(píng)估,具有非常重要的意義。本研究將對(duì)默認(rèn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究歷史、解剖基礎(chǔ)、神經(jīng)機(jī)制、及其與疾病的關(guān)系以及臨床應(yīng)用等方面進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, studies have found that default mode network (DMN) is present in Alzheimer's disease (AD). The abnormal behavior of epileptic diseases such as epilepsyn, depression and depressionhas attracted the attention of many neuroscientists. Based on this, the related theory of default network is put forward, and the related research has made positive progress. Studying the activities of default network is helpful to understand the degree of disease development and clinical treatment evaluation. This study will review the research history, anatomical basis, neural mechanism, and its relationship with disease and clinical application of the default network.
