裂殖壺藻藻油DHA對(duì)高脂飲食誘導(dǎo)肥胖小鼠的影響
[Abstract]:[Objective] obesity is a chronic metabolic disease with high incidence and high risk consequences. Studies have shown that n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 Polyunsaturated fatty acids, n-3 PUFAs), especially twenty-two carbon six enoic acid (Docosahexaenoic acid, DHA), have good control effect on obesity related diseases and liposomes in vivo. The effects of Schizochytrium sp. on the body weight, fat tissue weight, lipid, liver and fatty tissue, and the expression of lipid metabolism related genes in obese mice induced by high fat diet were investigated. [Methods] the obesity model of mice was established by high fat diet, with 15% weight gain as the standard score. The obese mice were divided into five groups: (1) low fat control group; (2) high fat model group; (3) high fat + low dose algal oil group (50 mg DHA/kg); (4) high fat + medium dose algal oil group (100 mg DHA/kg); (5) high fat + high dose algal oil group (200 mg DHA/kg). After 9 weeks of treatment, the corn oil was treated with intraperitoneal anesthesia, picked up the blood and separated the serum, and measured the content of triglyceride, cholesterol and high density lipoprotein in the serum, then killed the mice, separated epididymis, perirenal and mesenteric adipose tissue and liver, and called wet weight; epididymal fat and liver tissue section were stained with HE to observe the pathological changes; use RT-PCR The expression of M RNA in the Hormone sensitive lipase (HSL) gene in the epididymal adipose tissue was detected. [results] the weight of the mice in the algal oil treatment group was not significantly decreased, but the weight of the abdominal fat decreased significantly and the fat cell volume was significantly smaller than the high fat model group, and the serum triglyceride and cholesterol content decreased significantly. The accumulation of ectopic fat in liver tissue was significantly reduced, and the expression level of HSL gene in adipose tissue was significantly increased. [Conclusion] DHA treatment of alga alga oil can significantly reduce fat accumulation in abdominal fat induced by high fat diet and improve blood lipid, which may be beneficial to the prevention and treatment of obesity.
