【摘要】：正氣管、支氣管異物是小兒急性氣管、支氣管阻塞的常見原因,也是小兒耳鼻咽喉科常見急癥[1],若不及時有效處理可影響呼吸導致缺氧,危及患兒生命。在全身麻醉下行氣管鏡下異物取出術是臨床中小兒氣管和支氣管異物的治療首選方法,但臨床中發(fā)現(xiàn)行異物取出術時,小兒氣道對氣管鏡等刺激的反應性很強,出現(xiàn)屏氣、嗆咳等癥狀,易發(fā)生缺氧,影響手術的安全性。筆者用2%利多卡因膠漿代替潤滑劑,在小兒氣管異物取出術中涂于直達喉
[Abstract]:The foreign body of positive trachea and bronchus is the common cause of acute trachea and bronchial obstruction in children, and is also the common emergency in pediatric department of otorhinolaryngology [1]. If not dealt with effectively in time, it can affect respiration and lead to anoxia and endanger the life of children. The removal of foreign bodies under tracheoscopy under general anesthesia is the first choice for the treatment of trachea and bronchial foreign bodies in children. However, it is found in clinic that the airway of children is highly responsive to tracheoscopy and other stimuli, and they hold their breath. Cough and other symptoms are prone to anoxia, affecting the safety of surgery. The author applied 2% lidocaine glue instead of lubricant to direct larynx in children's trachea foreign body extraction.
