【摘要】：目的比較國(guó)內(nèi)外不同企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的五種鄰苯二甲醛消毒劑產(chǎn)品對(duì)細(xì)菌芽孢的殺滅效果,以了解該消毒劑產(chǎn)品實(shí)際狀況。方法采用載體定量殺菌試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室觀察。結(jié)果五種鄰苯二甲醛消毒劑產(chǎn)品含量在5 000~6 000 mg/L范圍,pH值范圍在7.40~8.75。三種國(guó)產(chǎn)鄰苯二甲醛消毒劑中,一種能在20 min內(nèi)對(duì)載體上枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值達(dá)到3.0以上,另兩種需要作用60 min。兩種進(jìn)口鄰苯二甲醛消毒劑作用60 min,對(duì)載體上枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值均小于3.0。結(jié)論目前市售鄰苯二甲醛消毒劑對(duì)細(xì)菌芽孢殺滅效果存在明顯差異,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督監(jiān)測(cè)力度。
