過(guò)氧化氫擴(kuò)散和等離子體放電對(duì)嗜熱脂肪桿菌芽孢殺滅效果比較

【摘要】:目的研究低溫等離子體在滅菌過(guò)程中過(guò)氧化氫氣體擴(kuò)散和等離子放電殺菌效果,探討滅菌過(guò)程的主導(dǎo)因素。方法采用載體定量殺菌試驗(yàn)方法,分別觀察過(guò)氧化氫低溫等離子體滅菌過(guò)程中過(guò)氧化氫擴(kuò)散和等離子體放電的殺菌效果。結(jié)果在過(guò)氧化氫低溫等離子體滅菌裝置設(shè)定條件下,滅菌腔內(nèi)溫度50℃、過(guò)氧化氫擴(kuò)散2.5 mg/L,不啟動(dòng)放電過(guò)程,作用42 s可完全殺滅載體上嗜熱脂肪肝菌芽孢。在滅菌腔內(nèi)溫度50℃條件下,不用過(guò)氧化氫氣體,僅啟動(dòng)等離子放電作用15 min,對(duì)載體上嗜熱脂肪肝菌芽孢殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值2.0。結(jié)論在過(guò)氧化氫低溫等離子體滅菌過(guò)程中,其主導(dǎo)殺菌作用是氣化過(guò)氧化氫及其擴(kuò)散狀態(tài),等離子放電僅起到輔助作用。
