【摘要】：正革蘭陽性細(xì)菌金黃色葡萄球菌是重要的病原菌之一,可引起不同程度的感染,甚至威脅生命。除了它的潛在毒力,金黃色葡萄球菌也對各種抗菌物質(zhì)表現(xiàn)出明顯耐藥性,而且耐藥機(jī)制各異。尤其值得關(guān)注的是,耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌(MRSA)對幾乎所有的β-內(nèi)酰胺類抗生素耐藥,已引起多起醫(yī)院感染暴發(fā),而且也在社區(qū)中發(fā)現(xiàn)越來越多的
[Abstract]:Staphylococcus aureus, a gram-positive bacterium, is one of the most important pathogens, which can cause infection of varying degrees and even threaten life. In addition to its potential virulence, Staphylococcus aureus also showed obvious resistance to various antimicrobial substances, and the mechanisms of drug resistance were different. Of particular concern is the fact that methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is resistant to almost all beta-lactam antibiotics and has caused many outbreaks of nosocomial infections, and more of them have been found in the community.
