【摘要】：目的了解遼寧省建平縣鼠疫疫區(qū)動(dòng)態(tài),為控制人間鼠疫提供依據(jù)。方法對(duì)建平縣2009—2013年鼠密度、黃鼠生態(tài)學(xué)、媒介監(jiān)測(cè)及病原學(xué)、血清學(xué)資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果黃鼠密度波動(dòng)在0.10~0.23只/hm2;野外小型鼠密度波動(dòng)在0.53~0.81只/百夾次,家屋鼠密度波動(dòng)在0.88~1.80只/百間房子,2013年野外小型鼠監(jiān)測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn)新鼠種—短耳短尾倉(cāng)鼠;黃鼠生態(tài)學(xué)觀察,2009—2013年總體無(wú)變化,Ⅰ齡鼠每年均有上升;累計(jì)梳黃鼠體1 792只,染蚤鼠體168只,獲蚤262匹,染蚤率9.38%,5年平均蚤指數(shù)0.15;累計(jì)探洞干1 810個(gè),其中染蚤洞干102個(gè),獲蚤186匹,平均染蚤率5.64%,平均蚤指數(shù)0.10;累計(jì)挖黃鼠巢156個(gè),染蚤巢56個(gè),獲蚤281匹,平均染蚤率35.90%,平均蚤指數(shù)1.80;動(dòng)物細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)未分離出鼠疫桿菌,F1抗體—間接血凝測(cè)定試驗(yàn)均陰性。結(jié)論建平縣鼠疫疫源地仍處于相對(duì)靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the dynamics of plague epidemic area in Jianping County, Liaoning Province, and to provide the basis for the control of human plague. Methods the rat density, ecology, vector surveillance, etiology and serological data in Jianping County from 2009 to 2013 were analyzed. Results the density fluctuated from 0.10 to 0.23 / hm2;.
