亞致死劑量球形芽孢桿菌對(duì)按蚊傳瘧能力的影響
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of sublethal dose Bacillus sphaeroides (Bacillus sphaericus,Bs) on the ability of Anopheles stephensi to transmit malaria. Methods the fourth instar larvae of Anopheles stephensi were treated with sublethal dose of Bs 2362 strains, and the surviving Anopheles stephensi larvae were collected and fed routinely. The fourth instar larvae of Anopheles mosquitoes in normal control group were fed without Bs. The adult Anopheles stephensi (Anopheles stephensi) was infected with Plasmodium yoelii attack, and the stomach of Anopheles stephensi was dissected on the 9th day after blood feeding. The development of oocysts was observed and the effects of Bs treatment on the ability of malaria transmission were compared and analyzed in Anopheles stephensi. Results the infection rate of Anopheles mosquitoes to Plasmodium was 92.1% and 97.6% in the control group and Bs treatment group, respectively. The infection rate in the Bs treatment group was higher than that in the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Sigma 3.5 statistical software analysis). The number of oocysts of Anopheles stephensi treated with Bs was significantly higher than that of the control group (56.69 鹵69.29) and (84.19 鹵75.64), Bs), respectively (P0.05). Conclusion the sublethal dose of Bs 2362 strain can significantly increase the infection rate and infection degree of Plasmodium yoelii to Anopheles stephensi, and improve the ability of malaria transmission of Anopheles stephensi.
