【摘要】：目的探討亞致死劑量球形芽孢桿菌(Bacillus sphaericus,Bs)對(duì)斯氏按蚊傳瘧能力的影響。方法利用亞致死劑量Bs 2 362株處理斯氏按蚊Ⅳ齡幼蟲(chóng),收集存活按蚊并常規(guī)飼養(yǎng)。正常對(duì)照組按蚊Ⅳ齡幼蟲(chóng)不進(jìn)行Bs處理,常規(guī)飼養(yǎng)。對(duì)3~5 d齡的斯氏按蚊成蚊進(jìn)行約氏瘧原蟲(chóng)攻擊感染,并于按蚊吸血后第9天解剖蚊胃,觀察卵囊的發(fā)育情況,比較分析Bs處理對(duì)斯氏按蚊傳瘧能力的影響。結(jié)果正常對(duì)照組和Bs處理組按蚊對(duì)瘧原蟲(chóng)的感染率分別為92.1%和97.6%,Bs處理組感染率高于正常對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。Sigma 3.5統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件分析顯示,正常對(duì)照組和Bs處理組斯氏按蚊對(duì)瘧原蟲(chóng)的感染度分別為(56.69±69.29)和(84.19±75.64),Bs處理組按蚊卵囊數(shù)量顯著高于正常對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論亞致死劑量Bs 2362株處理顯著增加約氏瘧原蟲(chóng)對(duì)斯氏按蚊的感染率和感染度,提高了按蚊的傳瘧能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of sublethal dose Bacillus sphaeroides (Bacillus sphaericus,Bs) on the ability of Anopheles stephensi to transmit malaria. Methods the fourth instar larvae of Anopheles stephensi were treated with sublethal dose of Bs 2362 strains, and the surviving Anopheles stephensi larvae were collected and fed routinely. The fourth instar larvae of Anopheles mosquitoes in normal control group were fed without Bs. The adult Anopheles stephensi (Anopheles stephensi) was infected with Plasmodium yoelii attack, and the stomach of Anopheles stephensi was dissected on the 9th day after blood feeding. The development of oocysts was observed and the effects of Bs treatment on the ability of malaria transmission were compared and analyzed in Anopheles stephensi. Results the infection rate of Anopheles mosquitoes to Plasmodium was 92.1% and 97.6% in the control group and Bs treatment group, respectively. The infection rate in the Bs treatment group was higher than that in the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Sigma 3.5 statistical software analysis).
