【摘要】：[目的]分析上海市2005—2013年學(xué)校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件的流行病學(xué)特征和變化趨勢,為學(xué)校公共衛(wèi)生事件防控工作提供參考。[方法]對上海市2005—2013年突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)報告的學(xué)校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件,進(jìn)行描述性流行病學(xué)分析。[結(jié)果]2005—2013年上海市共報告學(xué)校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件215起,其中傳染病事件182起(84.7%),群體性預(yù)防接種反應(yīng)事件18起(9.1%),食物中毒事件15起(7.0%)。學(xué)校傳染病突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件高峰在5月份、11和12月份,群體性預(yù)防接種反應(yīng)事件只發(fā)生在9—10月份。不同事件在月份分布上的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。小學(xué)的突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件發(fā)生最多,水痘、流行性腮腺炎等呼吸道疾病是學(xué)校突發(fā)事件的主要疾病。[結(jié)論]2005—2013年上海市學(xué)校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件的數(shù)量呈現(xiàn)先升后降的趨勢,學(xué)校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件以呼吸道疾病為主,主要發(fā)生在小學(xué)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and changing trend of public health emergencies in Shanghai from 2005 to 2013, so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of public health incidents in schools. [methods] A descriptive epidemiological analysis was carried out on the public health emergencies reported by the monitoring system of public health emergencies in Shanghai from 2005 to 2013. [results] A total of 215 public health emergencies were reported in Shanghai from 2005 to 2013, including 182 cases of infectious diseases (84.7%) and 18 cases of mass vaccination response (9.1%). There were 15 cases of food poisoning (7.0%). Public health emergencies in schools peaked in May, November and December, and mass vaccination responses occurred only in September-October. There was a significant difference in the monthly distribution of different events (P 0.001). Primary school public health emergencies occur the most, varicella, mumps and other respiratory diseases are the main diseases of school emergencies. [conclusion] from 2005 to 2013, the number of public health emergencies in Shanghai showed a trend of rising first and then decreasing. Respiratory diseases were the main causes of public health emergencies in schools, mainly in primary schools.
