【摘要】：正洋蔥伯克霍爾德菌(Burkholderia cepacia,BC)是近年來(lái)院內(nèi)感染的幾種重要條件致病菌之一,通常對(duì)健康人體并不致病,多侵襲免疫力低下的個(gè)體,常定植于囊性纖維化(CF)和慢性肉芽腫患者的肺部,是CF患者的高毒力、高致死性病原菌。該菌臨床分離率不斷增加,且對(duì)多種抗生素具有較高的耐藥性,臨床相關(guān)感染治療困難。本文主要就BC醫(yī)院感染特點(diǎn)、耐藥性及治療現(xiàn)狀作一簡(jiǎn)要綜述。
[Abstract]:Burkholderia cepacia (BC) is one of the most important conditions for nosocomial infection in recent years. And is a high-toxicity and high-lethal pathogenic bacterium of the CF patient. The clinical separation rate of the bacteria is increasing, and the clinical separation rate of the bacteria is high, and the clinical-related infection treatment is difficult. In this paper, the characteristics, drug resistance and treatment status of BC hospital infection are briefly reviewed.
