【摘要】：正白鮮(Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz)為蕓香科白鮮屬植物,生長(zhǎng)于山坡叢林中,我國(guó)遼寧、甘肅、陜西、安徽、河北等省均有分布。白鮮的干燥根皮即為傳統(tǒng)中藥白鮮皮,具有抗菌抗癌、祛風(fēng)解毒、清熱燥濕等作用,臨床上主要用于治療濕熱瘡毒、黃水淋漓和濕疹等,并對(duì)心血管及血液病有一定的療效〔1,2〕。本研究以白鮮皮水提液作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其殺菌效果進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)室觀察。1材料與方法
[Abstract]:(Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz) is a genus of Rutaceae. It grows in the forest of hillside. It is distributed in Liaoning, Gansu, Shaanxi, Anhui and Hebei provinces in China. The dried root skin of Radix Atractylodes is the traditional Chinese medicine, which has the functions of antibacterial and anticancer, dispelling wind and detoxifying, clearing away heat and drying dampness, etc. It is mainly used in the treatment of dampness sores, yellow water dripping and eczema, etc. It also has certain curative effect on cardiovascular and hematologic diseases (1 / 2). In this study, the water extract of fresh skin was used as the research object, and the bactericidal effect was observed in laboratory. 1.
