【摘要】：目的比較不同消毒方法的消毒效果,選擇方便、實(shí)用的皮膚消毒劑,以更好地保證血液質(zhì)量和避免獻(xiàn)血者感染。方法使用三種不同消毒方法對獻(xiàn)血者采血部位進(jìn)行消毒,對消毒效果進(jìn)行測定。結(jié)果碘酒酒精消毒合格率99.6%,含酒精的碘伏消毒合格率98.8%,復(fù)合碘液消毒棉簽消毒合格率92.5%。結(jié)論全血獻(xiàn)血者可以選擇碘伏作為采血部位的消毒,機(jī)采獻(xiàn)血者宜選擇碘酒酒精作為采血部位的消毒。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the disinfection effect of different disinfection methods and to select convenient and practical skin disinfectant to ensure blood quality and avoid blood donors infection. Methods three different disinfection methods were used to disinfect the blood collection parts of blood donors and the disinfection effect was determined. Results the qualified rate of iodine alcohol disinfection was 99.6. The qualified rate of iodophor disinfection was 98.8. The qualified rate of compound iodine solution disinfection cotton swabs was 92.5. Conclusion the whole blood donors can choose iodophor as the disinfectant of the blood collection site, and the machine blood donors should choose iodine alcohol as the disinfection of the blood collection site.
