【摘要】：目的考察一種新型納米霧消毒滅菌儀對(duì)真空冷凍干燥機(jī)的滅菌效果。方法采用活性過(guò)氧化氫消毒液對(duì)真空冷凍干燥機(jī)的滅菌效果進(jìn)行研究,并用生物指示劑(嗜熱脂肪芽孢桿菌孢子,孢子量10~6cfu/片)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果當(dāng)活性過(guò)氧化氫消毒液的濃度為6%,噴霧體積為10 ml/m~3時(shí),密閉2 h時(shí)即可殺死10~6cfu/片的孢子。結(jié)論納米霧消毒滅菌儀配合6%活性過(guò)氧化氫消毒液使用,可對(duì)真空冷凍干燥機(jī)進(jìn)行消毒滅菌。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the sterilizing effect of a new nano-fog sterilizer on vacuum freeze dryer. Methods the sterilizing effect of vacuum freeze dryer was studied by using active hydrogen peroxide disinfectant, and verified by biological indicator (spores of Bacillus thermophilus, spore quantity 10~6cfu/ tablets). Results when the concentration of active hydrogen peroxide disinfectant was 6 and the spray volume was 10 ml/m~ 3, the spores of 10~6cfu/ tablet could be killed after 2 h of sealing. Conclusion Nano-fog sterilizer combined with 6% active hydrogen peroxide disinfectant can sterilize and sterilize vacuum freeze dryer.
