【摘要】：目的研究臨床分離念珠菌的特征及其耐藥性,為合理用藥提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用真菌分離鑒定技術(shù)和藥敏試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)某醫(yī)院住院患者臨床送檢標(biāo)本進(jìn)行念珠菌種類調(diào)查和耐藥性分析。結(jié)果調(diào)查期間從該醫(yī)院臨床送檢病原學(xué)標(biāo)本中,共檢出念珠菌497株,分離菌株數(shù)居前三位的科室是呼吸科、重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房和神經(jīng)內(nèi)科。有54.33%的菌株分離自呼吸道標(biāo)本,另有16.70%的標(biāo)本為泌尿生殖道標(biāo)本。臨床分離的念珠菌主要是白色念珠菌,占62.78%,其次是光滑念珠菌。臨床分離的念珠菌對(duì)5-氟胞嘧啶和兩性霉素B敏感率較高,但耐藥率呈現(xiàn)逐年增加趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論臨床分離的念珠菌多數(shù)為白色念珠菌,主要為呼吸道感染,對(duì)抗念珠菌藥敏感率均在60%以上,但耐藥性有增加趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics and drug resistance of clinical isolates of Candida. Methods fungal isolation and identification technique and drug sensitivity test were used to investigate Candida species and drug resistance of clinical samples of hospitalized patients in a hospital. Results during the investigation, 497 strains of Candida were detected from the clinical samples of this hospital. The first three departments were respiratory department, intensive care unit and neurology department. 54.33% strains were isolated from respiratory tract and 16.70% from genitourinary tract. Candida albicans were mainly isolated, accounting for 62.78%, followed by Candida smoothing. The sensitivity of clinical isolates to 5-fluorocytosine and amphotericin B was higher, but the resistance rate was increasing year by year. Conclusion Candida albicans are mostly Candida albicans, which are mainly respiratory tract infections. The susceptibility rates of Candida albicans are over 60%, but drug resistance is increasing.
