兩種過氧乙酸消毒方法對集裝箱消毒效果的比較

【摘要】:目的比較兩種過氧乙酸消毒方法對集裝箱的消毒效果。方法采用過氧乙酸加壓霧化消毒法及過氧乙酸熏蒸消毒法對集裝箱內的物品消毒,對比集裝箱內3個部位物品表面消毒前后的自然菌數(shù),計算殺滅率。結果兩種方法消毒后菌落數(shù)都明顯降低,其中過氧乙酸加壓霧化法殺滅率為95.6%,過氧乙酸熏蒸法殺滅率為90.1%,兩者差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=20.73,P0.01)。結論兩種消毒方法殺滅率符合相關行業(yè)標準,達到檢疫處理要求,但加壓霧化消毒法殺滅率更高,且具有不開柜消毒的優(yōu)點,能提高工作效率及通關速度。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the disinfection effect of two kinds of peracetic acid disinfection methods on containers. Methods Peracetic acid pressurized atomization disinfection method and peracetic acid fumigation disinfection method were used to disinfect the articles in the container. The number of natural bacteria on the surface of the three parts of the container was compared before and after disinfection, and the killing rate was calculated. Results the colony number of the two methods decreased obviously after disinfection. The killing rate of peracetic acid and peracetic acid fumigation was 95.6 and 90.1, respectively (蠂 ~ (2 +) 220.73 ~ (3) P _ (0.01). Conclusion the killing rate of the two disinfection methods is in line with the relevant trade standards and meets the requirements of quarantine treatment, but the sterilization rate of pressurized atomization disinfection method is higher, and it has the advantages of not opening the cabinet, and can improve the working efficiency and customs clearance speed.
