【摘要】：正按照國(guó)際通行規(guī)則,口岸衛(wèi)生處理是出入境衛(wèi)生檢疫工作的重要組成部分,是為防止人類(lèi)傳染病在國(guó)際間的傳播和擴(kuò)散,保障人體健康,而采取的有效手段和措施。口岸消毒是出入境口岸衛(wèi)生處理的重要內(nèi)容。所謂衛(wèi)生處理,在《中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)境衛(wèi)生檢疫法實(shí)施細(xì)則》中這樣定義,"指隔離、留驗(yàn)、就地診驗(yàn)等醫(yī)學(xué)措施,以及消毒、除蟲(chóng)、除鼠等衛(wèi)生措施"。一般情況下的衛(wèi)生處理特指的是消毒、除蟲(chóng)、除鼠等衛(wèi)生措施。在口岸傳染病疫情監(jiān)控體
