【摘要】：正醛類化合物中某些醛可作為滅菌劑、消毒劑、防腐劑和抗菌劑,其應(yīng)用從19世紀(jì)末開始以來(lái)一直持續(xù)到現(xiàn)在,且不斷有新的醛類化合物作為消毒劑等被研究出來(lái)。醛類消毒劑中的甲醛是已經(jīng)使用了120多年的古老消毒劑,而鄰苯二甲醛是僅使用不到20年的年輕消毒劑。醛類消毒劑殺滅微生物的機(jī)理主要是作為烷基化劑和交聯(lián)劑,烷基化蛋白質(zhì)和核酸上氨基、巰基、羥基和羧基等,使其發(fā)生交聯(lián),抑制蛋白質(zhì)、酶和核酸的功能,如引起蛋白質(zhì)變性、
[Abstract]:Some aldehydes in normal aldehydes can be used as sterilizers disinfectants preservatives and antimicrobial agents. Their applications have continued since the end of the 19th century and new aldehydes have been studied as disinfectants. Formaldehyde in aldehydes is an old disinfectant that has been used for more than 120 years, while phthalaldehyde is a young disinfectant that has been used for less than 20 years. Aldehydes are mainly used as alkylating agents and crosslinkers, such as amino, sulfhydryl, hydroxyl and carboxyl groups on alkylated protein and nucleic acid, which can inhibit the function of protein, enzyme and nucleic acid.
