【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)院感染現(xiàn)患情況和存在的問題,為制定防控措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采取床邊調(diào)查和住院病歷調(diào)查相結(jié)合方式,對某醫(yī)院2012年7月2日的住院患者醫(yī)院感染情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果調(diào)查當(dāng)日實(shí)查住院患者1 779例,醫(yī)院感染現(xiàn)患率為2.64%,例次感染率為2.92%。日抗菌藥物使用率為43.19%,使用抗菌藥物種類達(dá)45種。醫(yī)院感染患者主要來自綜合重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房,下呼吸道感染占主導(dǎo)。結(jié)論該醫(yī)院住院患者醫(yī)院感染在有效控制范圍內(nèi),抗菌藥物使用率符合相關(guān)管理要求,重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房下呼吸道感染是重點(diǎn)控制對象。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation and existing problems of nosocomial infection and to provide scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods the nosocomial infection of inpatients in a hospital on July 2, 2012 was investigated by combining bedside survey and inpatient medical record investigation. Results on the same day, 1 779 inpatients were investigated, the nosocomial infection rate was 2.64, and the infective rate was 2.92. The daily utilization rate of antimicrobial agents was 43.19 and 45 kinds of antimicrobial agents were used. Nosocomial infection patients mainly come from comprehensive intensive care unit, lower respiratory tract infection dominates. Conclusion Nosocomial infection of inpatients in this hospital is under effective control, and the utilization rate of antimicrobial agents meets the requirements of relevant management. Lower respiratory tract infection in intensive care unit is the key control object.
