【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量狀況,為加強(qiáng)醫(yī)院消毒管理和防控醫(yī)院感染提供依據(jù)。方法通過資料調(diào)查和采樣檢測方法,對河南省醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析。結(jié)果連續(xù)3年共調(diào)查河南省醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)403所次,共采集不同消毒對象8 959份,消毒質(zhì)量平均合格率為91.54%。在不同監(jiān)測對象中,壓力蒸汽滅菌器滅菌效果合格率為100%,室內(nèi)空氣消毒合格率僅69.74%,處于最低水平,醫(yī)院污水處理合格率為88.46%;其余消毒對象合格率均達(dá)到90%以上。結(jié)論河南省醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量總體較好,但薄弱環(huán)節(jié)突出,消毒管理工作仍應(yīng)加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions and provide evidence for strengthening hospital disinfection management and preventing and controlling nosocomial infection. Methods the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Henan Province was investigated and analyzed by means of data investigation and sampling. Results A total of 403 medical institutions in Henan Province were investigated for 3 consecutive years. 8,959 different disinfection objects were collected, and the average qualified rate of disinfection quality was 91.54. Among the different monitoring objects, the qualified rate of sterilizing effect of pressure steam sterilizer was 100 and the qualified rate of indoor air disinfection was only 69.74, which was at the lowest level, the qualified rate of hospital sewage treatment was 88.46, and the qualified rate of other disinfection objects was above 90%. Conclusion the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Henan Province is good on the whole, but the weak links are prominent, and the disinfection management should be strengthened.
